Since products are shipped from Vietnam, it usually takes 10 to 20 days for delivery after an order is placed. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on local conditions and shipping circumstances.
Due to international shipping, delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, shipping status, weather conditions, etc. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Are there any scratches or dents on the product box?
Due to international shipping, some minor scuffs or dents may be seen on the outer box or packaging. Please understand that if the product itself is not damaged, it will be shipped as a non-defective item.
Can I request products you don't carry?
